Acquiring a Storage Unit

  • A deposit is required for a storage unit
  • If you do not move in on the 1st of the month, the bill will be prorated
  • The last month will not be prorated
  • You must give a 2-week notice before vacating your unit
  • All rent has to be paid in full in order to get your full deposit back
  • Not covered under insurance. Need to provide own renters insurance

Depending on the items that you are planning to store, climate and non-climate-controlled units are available. Climate-controlled units are accessible 24 hours a day, so you can always get the items you need.
